Neighborhood Halloween Trunk or Treat

Dinner/Chili Cookoff starts at 6pm. Dinner at 6 pm and Trunk or Treat at 7 pm. Look for the signup genius to bring a soup/chili and/or decorating a trunk! There will be prizes.
